Nature Quest was an exhibition consisting of
a sculptural table (244 × 244 × 160 cm) composed of multiple and a series of oil .
The table forms a sculptural, allegorical world in which playfulness and pleasure act as primary driving forces. Created between 2014–2015, the work invites a mode of engagement that oscillates between exploration and immersion.
Alongside the sculpture, a series of paintings were produced through direct observation of the Nature Quest table, approached as a still life or, alternatively, as a kind of constructed landscape. In this sense, the act of painting unfolded as if situated within an imagined terrain, where the table became both subject and environment
